magic of more

When you are quick to judge someone, ask this one question that immediately opens doors for curiosity-

“tell me more.”

It’s natural to judge. It’s how we make sense of information, our relation to the topic/person, and what we want to do about it. But the reality is, there is almost always more to a person than what they show. So, next time someone makes a comment that makes you uneasy, try opening up the conversation rather than closing it by asking “tell me more.”

Your initial nkinlings might be correct, but it also might be wrong.
